Can I make my own tea from fresh mint and yellow raspberry leaves?
I have a chocolate mint plant... it's leaves smell incredible. Can I make tea from it's leaves? Should I use them fresh, or dried? Which tastes better, is there any difference at all?
I've heard that raspberry tea is good for you to. Is it enjoyable at all? I assume it is made with the leaves... how would I go about that? I have lots of yellow raspberry plants in the backyard (along with an abundance of blackberry, a willow tree, dogwoods, and others... in the garden I have oregano... I don't think that would make a good tea... and lemon thyme, along with rosemary and chives... those are too savory though, I think!)

definitely, you would just need a small strainer to keep little fragments of tea leaves from going into your tea.
You would boil the tea and leaves and everything altogether, and then put it unto a tea spout container so you can pour that hot tea over the small spoon sized strainer directly into your tea cup, repeat if you want another cup of tea.
